Return Policy

At LAFABS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To ensure a seamless experience, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your magnetic lashes, we have outlined our return and refund policy:

Returns:

  • You may return unused and unopened products(includes box) within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lafabslashes.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please make sure that the items you are returning are in their original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow for this to take a few days to process and note that shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges:

 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.

Additional Information:

  • LAFABS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
